Common questions

These answers reflect the current Flowtix operating model rather than older provider-setup assumptions.

Do I need my own calling-provider account to make outbound calls?

No. Flowtix Cloud Calling is managed at the platform level. Subscribers use the supported calling workspace without connecting or maintaining their own calling-provider account. Number availability, calling eligibility, plan limits, and usage-based service charges still apply.

Which subscriber integrations are currently presented as available?

Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams are the primary subscriber integrations described publicly. Microsoft Teams meeting creation requires an eligible Microsoft 365 work or school account with Teams enabled.

Are all product modules included on every plan?

No. Flowtix enforces plan entitlements and usage limits. Professional adds the full AI workspace, transcripts, premium integrations, and core analytics; Business adds advanced analytics, workforce, security, permissions, API access, and advanced AI/automation.

What is included in the monthly plan price?

The listed monthly price covers the Flowtix software plan and its included feature and capacity limits. Usage-based calling, SMS, assigned-number, tax, or other service charges can be separate where applicable. Flowtix shows the payable amount and supported payment method before a paid subscription is submitted.
