Terms of Service

Effective August 20, 2026; last updated September 3, 2026. These terms govern access to the Flowtix website and application.

Service operator

Flowtix is an independently operated software service based in the Philippines. In these terms, “Flowtix,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Flowtix service available at flowtix.work.

Official service and legal inquiries may be submitted through the Flowtix contact page or sent to admin@flowtix.work.

Agreement and eligibility

By accessing Flowtix, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for yourself or the organization you represent. Do not use the service where prohibited by law.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for accurate registration information, credential security, authorized team access, and activity performed through your workspace. Notify Flowtix promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Starter Free and seven-day paid-plan trials

Starter is a free plan with no recurring subscription charge. Eligible Professional and Business workspaces may begin with a seven-day free trial without payment being required to start the trial. The trial does not automatically create a paid subscription. When the trial ends, the workspace returns to Starter and paid functionality is restricted unless an authorized workspace owner successfully completes checkout. Enterprise uses assisted onboarding rather than the standard self-service trial flow.

Plans, subscriptions, and recurring billing

Public self-service plans are offered at the prices shown on the Flowtix pricing page. After a customer completes checkout for a paid monthly plan, the subscription renews automatically each billing period until canceled, unless a different written arrangement applies. Plan features and usage limits are those published or agreed for the applicable plan and may be updated prospectively as the service evolves.

Payment providers, currency, and taxes

Flowtix may use a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record to process paid subscriptions. The provider may be the legal seller of record for the transaction and may collect required taxes, present localized currencies, and offer payment methods based on customer location. Public plan prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Any reference currency conversion shown by Flowtix is informational; the final localized amount, applicable taxes, and payment terms are displayed at checkout before payment.

Cancellation and failed payments

A paid subscription may be canceled in accordance with the account and billing controls made available for the plan. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at cancellation, access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period and the subscription will not renew afterward. Failed or overdue payments may be retried by the billing provider and may result in restricted paid access after applicable notices or grace periods. When paid access ends, the workspace returns to Starter unless a different written arrangement applies; customer data is retained subject to the account, privacy, and retention terms.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Flowtix Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law. A payment provider or Merchant of Record may issue approved refunds on behalf of Flowtix and may apply its own operational rules to the refund process. Canceling a subscription does not by itself create a right to a prorated refund for unused time.

Enterprise arrangements

Enterprise pricing starts at the public amount shown on the pricing page but is finalized through assisted onboarding with negotiated capacity, limits, support, and billing terms. If a signed Enterprise order form or other written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific written agreement controls for that Enterprise subscription to the extent of the conflict.

Third-party usage fees

Telephone numbers, carrier call minutes, SMS delivery, AI or communications provider usage, and other third-party charges may be separate from the Flowtix subscription unless expressly included in a written plan or Enterprise arrangement. Customers are responsible for applicable usage charges generated through Flowtix-managed or customer-connected services as disclosed through the applicable pricing, billing, or checkout flow.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your contacts, communications, campaigns, recordings, transcripts, instructions, legal notices, consent, retention settings, and lawful use of Flowtix-managed services and any customer-connected integrations. Flowtix does not provide legal advice.

External services

Telephony, email, payment, storage, transcription, AI, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, pricing, and data practices. Features depending on those providers are not active until configured where configuration is required.

Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable communications, privacy, consumer protection, anti-spam, recording, and telecommunications laws.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or require maintenance. Preview or early-stage functionality may be modified or discontinued. Real-time availability is not promised unless covered by a separate written agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service during the three months preceding the claim, unless law requires otherwise.
