Key points

  • Starter is free forever; Professional and Business can begin with a 7-day free trial, while Enterprise uses assisted onboarding.
  • Plan entitlements and usage quotas are enforced by the product, so upgrading can change both module access and capacity.
  • Telephony, SMS, assigned-number, tax, or other service charges may be separate from the Flowtix software subscription where applicable.

How Starter Free and the paid-plan trial work

Starter is free forever and does not require a payment method. Professional and Business can begin with a 7-day free trial without a payment charge at signup. A paid subscription is required to continue using the selected paid plan after the trial period; otherwise the workspace returns to Starter automatically.

Trial access is still subject to product safeguards and usage limits. A trial is intended for controlled evaluation of the product rather than unrestricted production volume.

What changes between plans

Flowtix uses feature entitlements and usage controls rather than presenting every module as available on every plan. Starter covers essential CRM records, a manual calendar, basic reports, limited CSV transfer, and its published free limits. Professional adds communications, calling, AI, transcripts, integrations, team collaboration, campaign automation, and analytics. Business adds advanced analytics, workforce controls, advanced security and permissions, API access, and higher capacity.

Enterprise keeps the broader capability set with custom operating limits, support, and assisted onboarding rather than an unlimited self-service configuration.

Software subscription and usage charges are not the same thing

The plan price covers the software capabilities and included quotas described for that plan. Usage-based telephony, SMS, assigned-number, tax, or other service charges may be separate where applicable.

Before paid continuation, review the final payable amount, applicable taxes, supported payment methods, and any usage terms presented during checkout or account billing management.

Upgrading when the team grows

Upgrade when the team needs a module, capacity level, analytics capability, security control, integration, or AI entitlement that is not included in the current plan. Avoid upgrading only because one screen looks unavailable without first checking the plan comparison and the workspace permissions assigned to the user.

Billing support and account questions

For billing questions, include the organization name, the plan involved, the approximate date of the issue, and what the billing interface displayed. Do not include passwords, complete payment-card details, or authentication secrets in a support message.
