Key points

  • Starter is free forever; Professional and Business can begin with a 7-day free trial without a payment charge at signup.
  • Workspace setup should be completed before inviting a wider team or relying on calling and integrations.
  • Your profile, organization details, permissions, and selected plan determine what you can access inside the workspace.

Create the account and choose the right starting plan

Flowtix Starter is free forever. Professional and Business are self-service paid plans that can begin with a 7-day free trial. Enterprise uses assisted onboarding because limits, support, and operating requirements are configured before activation.

Choose the plan that is closest to the capabilities you want to evaluate. Plan entitlements are enforced inside the product, so some modules can remain unavailable until the workspace is on the required plan.

  • Starter includes one user, 500 contacts, one pipeline, core CRM records, a manual calendar, basic reports, limited CSV import/export, and 500 MB storage.
  • Professional adds the full AI workspace, transcripts, premium integrations, campaign automation, and core analytics.
  • Business adds advanced analytics, workforce controls, advanced permissions and security, API access, advanced AI, and higher capacity.

Complete the workspace setup

After signup, complete the organization and workspace setup before treating the account as production-ready. The setup process establishes the organization context that Flowtix uses for tenant isolation, membership, permissions, billing, and operational features.

Use accurate organization information and review the current legal, privacy, acceptable-use, and recording-consent requirements that apply to your use of the platform.

Finish your personal profile and security settings

Add the profile information your teammates should see and review account-security settings before inviting other users. Your role and permissions control which settings and modules you can manage.

If your organization uses MFA requirements, make sure your authentication setup satisfies the current organization policy before relying on the workspace for daily operations.

Build your first operating workflow

A practical first workflow is to add or import a small set of contacts, organize them inside the CRM, create the appropriate tasks or opportunities, and then validate the communication workflow you plan to use.

Start with a small controlled test rather than importing every record or launching a large campaign immediately. This makes it easier to confirm permissions, data quality, calling eligibility, integration behavior, and follow-up rules.

Know where to get help
