Who operates Flowtix
Flowtix is an independently operated software service based in the Philippines. In this policy, “Flowtix,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Flowtix service available at flowtix.work.

Information we process
Flowtix may process account details, organization membership, contacts, tasks, notes, campaign records, call metadata, uploaded recordings, transcripts, summaries, insights, security logs, billing and subscription records, and support messages when users choose to provide or create that information.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain organization workspaces, support requested workflows, administer trials and subscriptions, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Google Workspace API data
When a workspace owner connects Gmail or Google Calendar, Flowtix uses Google Workspace API data only to provide the connected user-facing features. For Gmail, Flowtix uses the Gmail API only to send organization-authorized email through the connected account. Flowtix does not read, monitor, synchronize, retrieve, or store the connected user's Gmail inbox through the Gmail API. Customer replies are received through Flowtix's own secure inbound email infrastructure and are not obtained through the Gmail API.
For Google Calendar, Flowtix uses Google Calendar API data only to provide calendar synchronization and user-requested calendar event functionality.
Flowtix does not use raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google Workspace API data to develop, train, or improve generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Flowtix does not transfer Google Workspace API data to third-party AI providers for generalized model training or improvement.
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI processing
When a user invokes an AI feature, Flowtix may send the user-provided prompt or relevant non-Google-Workspace application data needed for that requested feature to a configured AI provider for inference. Flowtix does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or ML models.
Billing and transaction information
Paid subscriptions may be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record. Payment credentials are generally collected directly by that provider rather than entered into Flowtix. Flowtix may receive limited transaction information needed to operate the subscription, such as customer and order identifiers, plan, amount, currency, tax or billing status, payment status, renewal state, and masked or non-sensitive payment metadata. The billing provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Service providers
Hosting, database, authentication, payment and Merchant of Record, telephony, storage, email, transcription, analytics, and AI providers may process information only when configured for the relevant workflow. Customers must review and approve providers before production use where customer-controlled provider configuration is required.
Data separation and security
Application records are designed to be scoped by organization and protected using server-side authorization and PostgreSQL Row Level Security. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users must protect their credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
Retention and deletion
Records should be retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, billing and accounting records, and security. Workspace administrators are responsible for defining appropriate retention for contacts, recordings, transcripts, and related content.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other privacy rights. Requests involving customer-controlled workspace data should generally be directed to the organization that collected the information.
