Refund Policy

Effective August 20, 2026. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for Flowtix subscriptions.

Seven-day free trial

Eligible Starter, Professional, and Business workspaces may use Flowtix for a seven-day free trial without payment being required to start the trial. Because no subscription charge is collected for the trial itself, there is no trial fee to refund. If you do not want paid access after the trial, do not complete a paid checkout.

Paid subscriptions

Paid Flowtix subscriptions are recurring digital services. Except where required by applicable law or approved under this policy, subscription charges are non-refundable once the applicable billing period has begun. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused time in the current paid period.

When a refund may be approved

A refund or billing adjustment may be considered when:

  • a duplicate or incorrect subscription charge is confirmed;
  • you were charged after a cancellation that should already have taken effect;
  • a material Flowtix service issue prevented reasonable use of the paid service and Flowtix could not provide a reasonable remedy;
  • a transaction is unauthorized and the claim is supported by the applicable billing or fraud-review process; or
  • applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.

Charges that may not be refundable

Refunds generally do not cover consumed or separately billed third-party usage, including carrier minutes, telephone numbers, SMS delivery, communications provider usage, or other external-provider charges, except where required by law or where the underlying provider or written agreement permits the adjustment.

How to request a refund

Submit a request through the Flowtix contact page and include the account email, organization name, approximate charge date, plan, and a brief explanation of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, API keys, or authentication codes. We may request additional non-sensitive information needed to locate and review the transaction.

Payment provider and Merchant of Record

Flowtix may use a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record to process subscriptions. Approved refunds may therefore be issued by that provider on behalf of Flowtix. Refund timing, the destination payment method, and some transaction-specific limitations may depend on the provider, payment method, dispute status, and applicable law.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted in your jurisdiction. Where mandatory law provides greater rights, those rights control.

Enterprise subscriptions

Enterprise subscriptions may be governed by a signed order form or other written agreement. If that agreement contains specific refund, cancellation, or billing terms, those specific terms control for the Enterprise subscription to the extent of any conflict with this general policy.
