How this integration fits Flowtix
- Cloud calling is managed by Flowtix at the platform level rather than exposed as a subscriber-owned carrier OAuth or credential connection.
- Subscribers do not need to connect or maintain their own carrier account for the supported outbound calling path.
- Calling availability still depends on organization eligibility, number availability, provider health, plan entitlements, trial or usage safeguards, and applicable consent requirements.
Treat cloud calling differently from subscriber OAuth apps
Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, and Teams are subscriber-owned account connections. Flowtix Cloud Calling is different: the carrier connection is managed separately by Flowtix at the platform level.
That means subscribers should not expect to paste carrier credentials into Settings > Integrations in order to use the supported outbound calling path.
Use the managed calling path from the Flowtix workspace
When calling is available for the organization, the browser-based Flowtix calling workflow can connect outbound activity to customer records, ownership, call outcomes, recordings where supported, campaigns, and follow-up work.
Expect number and service availability checks
A visible Cloud Dialer does not guarantee that every organization can immediately place every call. Number availability, provider status, organization eligibility, calling configuration, and supported destinations can affect the operating path.
Respect plan, trial, and usage safeguards
Flowtix can enforce plan entitlements and usage controls around calling. Trial safeguards or capacity limits can also apply independently of whether the calling interface is visible to a user.
Operate within consent and calling rules
Organizations remain responsible for lawful calling, recording, caller identity, permitted calling hours, opt-out obligations, and other requirements that apply to their jurisdiction and use case.
Continue with this Flowtix integration path
Review the related Flowtix guidance before relying on the integration in production. Provider authorization, account eligibility, plan entitlements, organization settings, and service availability can still affect the workflow.
