Team governance in Flowtix

Manage organization members, invitations, Team Chat, roles, permissions, sessions, MFA policy, advanced security, and plan-gated workforce controls from one organization-scoped workspace.

How this area fits Flowtix

  • Membership, roles, permissions, and organization scope determine what users can see and manage inside Flowtix.
  • Team collaboration should remain separate from privileged administration so everyday coordination does not require broad account access.
  • Advanced security, permissions, workforce attendance, and other governance capabilities are plan-gated where applicable.

Keep every user inside the correct organization scope

Flowtix is multi-tenant, so organization membership is a fundamental security boundary. Users should only access the records and workspace functions authorized for the organization they belong to.

Invitations, membership changes, and administrative actions should be handled through the supported organization settings so access remains auditable and consistent with the workspace model.

Use roles and permissions instead of shared access

Roles and permissions let an organization separate everyday user work from higher-risk administrative capabilities. The preferred model is to give each person the access required for their responsibilities rather than sharing one broadly privileged account.

Advanced permission and security controls are available according to the current plan entitlements.

Keep Team Chat focused on collaboration

Team Chat provides an internal collaboration path for supported group and direct communication inside the Flowtix workspace. It complements CRM ownership and activity context, but it should not be used to exchange passwords, provider secrets, payment credentials, or other sensitive administrative data.

Review sessions, MFA, and organization security policy

Session controls, MFA policy, and other security settings help organizations manage account access beyond a simple username and password. Administrative users should periodically review active access and remove or revoke access that is no longer required.

Security settings should be configured before relying on the workspace for broader team operations, especially when the organization handles sensitive customer or communication data.

Use workforce controls where the plan includes them

Business-level capabilities include broader workforce and attendance controls alongside advanced analytics, permissions, security, API access, and higher capacity. Organizations should compare the current plan catalog before assuming those controls are available on every workspace.
