Customer communications in Flowtix

Work with organization email, SMS, calendar events, and supported meeting workflows from the same customer and team context.

How this area fits Flowtix

  • Supported email, messaging, calendar, and meeting workflows are designed to stay connected to the organization and customer context.
  • Subscriber integrations are organization-scoped and subject to provider authorization, account type, plan, and eligibility requirements.
  • Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, and eligible Microsoft Teams accounts are the primary subscriber integration paths currently presented publicly.

Bring communications closer to the customer record

Flowtix is designed so customer communications do not have to live as a separate operating system from the CRM. Supported email, SMS, calendar, and meeting activity can be used alongside the same contacts, companies, tasks, opportunities, and follow-up history.

The goal is not to duplicate an entire personal inbox. It is to keep the supported sales communication workflow connected to the organization and the customer context that the team is already using.

Use organization-scoped email integrations

The current Gmail integration is managed at the organization level by the workspace owner for supported sending and secure reply routing. Flowtix does not publicly describe this connection as reading the connected Gmail inbox.

Outlook can be connected for supported organization email and calendar workflows, subject to the Microsoft account type and provider permissions granted during authorization.

Coordinate calendar and supported meeting workflows

Google Calendar and Outlook can support calendar synchronization for the applicable Flowtix workflows. Microsoft Teams online-meeting creation requires an eligible Microsoft 365 work or school account with Teams enabled.

When an integration is reauthorized or replaced, validate it with a controlled test before relying on it for normal team operations.

Use business messaging within availability and consent rules

SMS workflows depend on the Flowtix-managed business messaging setup, organization eligibility, number or messaging-service availability, and the applicable plan or usage controls.

Organizations remain responsible for consent, opt-out handling, permitted messaging practices, and other legal or contractual obligations that apply to their communications.

Keep connection management administrative

OAuth and provider connections should be connected, replaced, or reauthorized through the supported Flowtix settings. Passwords, OAuth tokens, carrier secrets, and other credentials should never be shared casually between teammates or sent through ordinary support messages.
